West Bengal Postponed 11 & 12 Class Final Exam 2020 due to Coronavirus

West Bengal Council ofHigher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) Postponed the 11 and 12 class Final Exam 2020 for Coronavirus prevention in the state of West Bengal.
The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education of the state has postponed the annual examination of class 11 and 12 to prevent the transmission of the Coronavirus.
The Council of Higher Secondary Education of the state of West Bengal has postponed the annual examination of class XI and XII as part of the warning of Coronavirus infection.
At the behest of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of the state of West Bengal, the annual examination of class XI and XII was postponed. Hon'ble State Education Minister, Shri Partha Chattopadhyay, has announced on Saturday (21.03.2020) that the 11 and 12 class (Higher Secondary) will be suspended till April 15 this year. This step was taken as part of the warning of Corona virus infection.
Depending on the state administration, what action will be taken on or before April 15 this year. Seeing what the state administration is warning about later, the board of Higher Education will decide on a new day of postponement tests.
This year, the number of candidates for the two exams of the 12 class is 19 lakh. The test was stopped considering that a large number of students were wary of coronavirus infection.
Mahua Das, the chairperson of the Higher Education Board, said the revised schedule of the two exams (11 and 12 class) will be given on the official website, but the question paper for the practical test of that class will be distributed among the schools from 1st to 4th April as per the previous directive. The date for submission of the 12th class 'Project Notebook' is unchanged. Must be submitted on the dates of April 6 and 7 this year.
Education Minister Partha Chattopadhyay also said that private schools should not be kept open, all should follow the directives of the state government.

CORRECTION FOR WBJEEM 2015 - FIRST PART:Correction will be available during the period 11/3/15 to 16/3/15. During this phase, candidates can change their basic data. Some changes are provisional and can take effect only when documents are uploaded. Details are described below:
-> Change in exam type is allowed. But change to ‘C’ type would require payment of extra fees of 100 INR for which the candidate has to approach Board.
-> Any change in category from OP (general) to SC/ST/OBC requires uploading of documents.
-> Any change from PwD= NO to YES requires uploading of documents.
-> Any change of domicile from ‘Other State’ to ‘West Bengal’ requires uploading of documents.
-> Any change of income category to < 2.5 Lakh requires uploading of documents.
-> Partial change is possible, that means if candidate also requested change of Father’s name along with change in category, the change of father’s name will take place but the change in category remains pending until the relevant documents are uploaded within the deadline.
-> The reverse change in any of above condition (SC->OP, PwD ‘YES’ -> PwD ‘NO’ etc) would be automatically effected and the originally uploaded document would stand null and void.
-> Candidates who change their domicile status would be forced to change their choice of exam zone. No other candidate is allowed to change their choice of exam zone.
-> Candidates who have been found to have submitted wrong photograph/ signature/ thumb impression have been intimated by SMS. They can use the relevant interface to upload correct images. No other candidate can upload fresh images at this stage.
-> No candidate is allowed to voluntarily upload fresh documents at this stage.

CORRECTION FOR WBJEEM 2015 SECOND PART: WBJEEM-2015* Correction would be mainly related to previously uploaded documents. The Board will prepare a list of candidates having defects in uploaded documents after a round of checking. Candidates may also report their requirement for correction to uploaded documents to the Board by phone or email, so that their names may be incorporated in the list. All such candidates would be intimated by SMS in the third week of April about a date range during which they can upload fresh corrected documents. Candidates other than those who have been identified as defaulters cannot upload any fresh document under any circumstances.

UPCPMT 2015 -  Application Form, Exam Dates, Admission 2015 for Medical courses.

Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test (UPCPMT 2015) is a state level entrance examination conducted by Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Medical University for the admission to Medical Courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS and BUMS. The examination is conducted for the admission to various government colleges of Uttar Pradesh. This examination is usually held in the month of June every year.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidate must have the minimum age of 17 years. The candidate must be a permanent resident of the state (Uttar Pradesh) or the candidates who are not permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh but done their study from the schools or the board of Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for applying. The candidates must have passed 12th examination or its equivalent from a government recognized state/central board with Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English as the core subjects.
Admission Seats:-
There are 800 to 850 seats for all said medical courses in all UPCPMT affiliated colleges. Out of these seats there are 35 paid seats as the management seats. The colleges who are not affiliated to the UPCPMT also refer to the score card of the candidate for the admissions. For getting admission in MBBS or BDS, the candidate needs to score above 1000 rank. All seats are including the seats for General, Backward Class, Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe candidates.
UPCPMT Syllabus and Exam Pattern
As per the latest UPCPMT syllabus 2015, it contains Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. The UPMT entrance examination comprises in two papers as one includes the physics and chemistry and second includes the zoology and botany. All subjects carry equal 50 questions. You need to attempt all 200 objective type questions within three hours. The UPCPMT entrance examination is conducted in both languages as Hindi and English.
Registration/Application Form
The application process of UPCPMT 2015 will be through the offline mode as it has been happening generally. The candidates will have to buy the application form along with the information booklet and OMR sheet from the designated branches of Central Bank of India (CBI) with payment of Rs. 1280/- for General candidates & OBC candidates and Rs. 680/- for SC/ ST candidates. The aspirants should read the information booklet before filling the form. The candidates should fill the OMR sheet carefully and blue or black ball point pen. After filling up the application form, the candidates will have to post their application form to “The Chairman, C.P.M.T – 2015, CSJM University, Kalyanpur, Kanpur – 208024, Uttar Pradesh. application form must send by speed post or registered post only.

UPCPMT 2015 Exam dates:-

The information booklet including the OMR sheet will likely be available on the last week of April 2015. The last date of sale of the booklet will be the 2nd week of May 2015. The last date of receipt of applications forms likely to be closed before the 3rd week of May 2015. The examination will be held in June 2015.
UPCPMT Result and Counseling

The candidates are informed that the UPCPMT 2015 result will be declared by the university in the 4th week of July, 2015 and the UPCPMT counseling of the candidates who have qualified in the examination will commence from the month of August, 2015.
